Smartweld® Technology
SmartWeld is a resistance welding technology developed by ZND to produce stronger, safer demarcation equipment. By melting steel pieces together without adding extra material, it creates joints up to 70% stronger than traditional MIG welds. Every panel is fully welded around each joint, tensioned for durability, and rigorously tested with forces up to 1,100 lbs.
SmartWeld barriers are stronger, safer, and longer-lasting than alternatives, reducing failure risks, health and safety issues, rusting, and insurance claims.
